Welcome to EcoIP. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with EcoIP ("the Company"), you agree to these terms.
EcoIP provides business solutions including but not limited to Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Managed Print, IP Surveillance, and AI Automation. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may apply to individual contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon presentation. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the maximum rate permitted by South African law. Goods remain the property of EcoIP until fully paid for.
EcoIP warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Hardware warranties are subject to the original manufacturer's terms (e.g., Canadian Solar, Hikvision). EcoIP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profits.
All intellectual property rights in the services, including custom software or AI configurations, remain the property of EcoIP unless explicitly assigned to the Client in writing.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, subject to any fixed-term contract obligations (e.g., 36-month rental agreements).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
